The ALFAPARF Academy Course Online Booking System Policy
BOOKING:

  • All applicable deposits/and or payments are due immediately upon booking of ALFAPARF Academy courses via our online booking system at www.xpertpro.ie/Academy
  • Please log in with your Xpert Pro account number exactly as it appears on any Xpert Pro statement/invoice.
    • Username: S0001-C00000
    • Password: C00000
  • Xpert Pro points will be automatically deducted from your Xpert Pro account at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancellations must be processed through your online account; ten (10) business days prior to the date of the course, allowing us time to fill vacancies that become available.
  • All cancellations will be acknowledged with a reply confirmation of the cancellation, with applicable deposits/points being credited back to your Xpert Pro account.
  • Regrettably, if such cancellation is not received by the Academy; applicable deposits/points will not be refunded.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • Salons may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the course without penalty.

 COMPLETION CERTIFICATES

   •  You will receive a certificate upon completion of the course 

   •  There will be a €20.00 charge to re-issue a replacement of a lost course certificate
